The 3D Future Tour explained
The process, step by step
Sample home
-
Introduction and brief
You send your existing drawings if you have them, the floor area and your plans.
-
Capture day
We scan the property in 3D, with a point cloud, and photograph every viewpoint in 360. Or we use your existing Matterport scan.
-
Tour and dollhouse
Every room as it is now, on its own web address.
- Measure in the tour
- The dollhouse: the whole property in 3D
- On a phone, a laptop and in a VR headset
-
Existing
New layout Drawings
We use your existing drawings, or we make them.
- Floor plans existing and new, per storey
- In DWG and PDF
- Working drawings, not a permit set
-
Areas and calculations
Everything comes from the same capture, so it all fits together.
- An area table to NEN 2580, per room, per unit and per storey
- A check of daylight and ventilation per habitable room
- The new layout on the measured floor plan
- Points of attention for the structure, and a structural engineer on request
-
As it will be
The same room empty, furnished or finished in a style of your choice.
- Floor, walls and ceiling in the style you choose
- Furniture at true size, which your client moves around with Will it fit?
- The slider from now to the future, also for a new layout: a wall removed, or a split into studios
-
Share and connect
One link for your website, your listing, your brochure or your financier.
- On a phone, a laptop and a tablet
- A QR code on site, so your client opens the same room on their own phone
Take the whole package, or only what you need. You have one point of contact.

How we work
- In a first call you tell us about the property and what you need.
- Then you hear what it costs, per property.
- You choose the whole package or a part, and we plan the capture day.
Honestly
- The drawings are working drawings, not a permit set.
- The finish is an AI impression. The furniture is an example at true size. Neither is a construction drawing.
- Points of attention for the structure are not structural advice. A structural engineer calculates on request.
Questions
What does it cost?
You hear that after the first call, per property. Often we first come and look at the location.
What do you need from me?
Access to the property, the floor area and your plans, as a sketch or as a brief. If you have drawings or a Matterport scan, we use them.
Do I have to take the whole package?
No, take only what you need. If you only want to show how a room will be, without a scan and drawings, there is the future tour. Go to the future tour.
Is this a permit set?
No. These are working drawings: floor plans existing and new per storey. Elevations, sections and a permit set are not included.
How accurate are the measurements?
The drawing is leading, the measurements in the tour are indicative. Always check measurements on site.
What do you not check?
Fire safety, acoustics, the structure and the zoning plan. A structural calculation is available on request, by a structural engineer.
