Yes. Then we scan your building in 3D.
What do you need from me?
Access to your building. Or your Matterport scan, as the E57 export you order from Matterport.
How accurate are the measurements?
As accurate as your scan, without a guarantee. A formal report comes from a surveyor.
What is the rental points draft?
A Dutch rental points valuation calculated from the measured areas, as a first draft. It is not a formal survey.
What does it cost?
Usually we first come and look at the location, then you hear what it costs. If you already have a Matterport scan, you sometimes hear it in the call.
